The Tourné Collection features hundreds of original works of art and places emphasis on purchasing artwork from living artists and the galleries that support them.
The collection spans multiple genres and geographies and contains paintings, sculpture, light installations, photography, collage, and other media. The collection is being actively built by Christina and Javier Tourné who began collecting together in 2009 when they were in their 20s. The Tourné Collection currently contains a diverse range of contemporary artists, including Llanor Alleyne, Tony Bechara, Juan Bernal, Arlina Cai, Samuel Cueto, Strong-Cuevas, J.T. Donovan, Sonja Eisenberg, Hassan Hajjaj, Yumi Hogan, Christophe von Hohenberg, Nam Hong, KARTEL, Knox Martin, Chris Mitton, Madalena Negrone, Joanna Pousette-Dart, Sarah Rakes, Alejandro Rauhut, Rotraut, Taejin Seong, Ricky Silverspoon, Akari Shimotomai, George Taylor, Mose Tolliver, Günther Uecker, Cristina Vergano, and Mikio Watanabe. The Collection also includes a select number of works by Modern Masters, including Joan Miró and Pablo Picasso, as well as rare and ancient objects from Southeast Asia, West Africa, and the Americas.
