Tourné is a private art gallery dedicated to expanding the reach and impact of innovative contemporary artists while bolstering their careers and artistic legacies.
Founded in New York in 2008, Tourné invests in and promotes a carefully curated selection of emerging and established contemporary artists, while fostering a community of art collectors, patrons, institutions, curators, and connoisseurs who share a passion for discovering and supporting artistic talent.
Tourné offers a stimulating international program of exhibitions and events centered on artists whose work invokes a higher consciousness, drawing on philosophical and spiritual realms. Spanning a wide range of media—and bridging science, technology, and metaphysics—the program emphasizes art as a catalyst for transformation. Driven by the belief that art is the highest form of human expression, Tourné curates exhibitions and experiences that invite viewers to transcend the ordinary, grapple with complexity, deepen dialogue and introspection, forge more meaningful connections, and ultimately draw nearer to the sublime.
Recognized for curatorial excellence, the leaders of Tourné have brought their creative vision to dozens of exhibitions at museums, cultural institutions, art fairs, and public spaces in the United States and Europe.
Artists under Tourné’s representation have been placed in more than 50 museums and public collections around the world, including: Kykuit, the Rockefeller Estate, the Museum of Modern Art, Guild Hall, the Leslie-Lohman Museum, the Long Island Museum, and the Parrish Art Museum, all in New York; the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC; the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem, Israel; the Museum of Art and Science in Milan, Italy; and Centre Pompidou in Paris, France.
Tourné has advised the collections of museum trustees, major philanthropists, Fortune 500 executives, dignitaries, and institutions. It has also supported the development of artists’ estates and foundations.
The Tourné Collection contains hundreds of original works of art, and places emphasis on purchasing works from living artists and the galleries that support them.
